Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and support services during weekend shifts
- Assist with patient intake, vital sign monitoring, and basic medical procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and electronic health records
- Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and all healthcare regulations
- Support facility operations including inventory management and equipment sterilization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA/MA certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or patient care experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
