Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping to meet strict deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained on the warehouse floor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any issues to management immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor supervisors and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shifts).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance is essential.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate barcode scanners.
