Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor and stockroom environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure product displays are appealing and fully stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to management promptly.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a consistent schedule, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25-50 lbs, and move merchandise.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
