Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and welcoming.
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory audits as needed.
- Answer phone inquiries and provide general store information to visitors.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact well with diverse groups of people.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
