Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment at all times.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular stock checks, replenish shelves, and manage inventory displays to ensure product availability.
- Register Operations: Accurately process sales transactions, handle returns, and manage cash registers efficiently.
- Merchandising: Rotate stock, organize product displays, and implement visual merchandising techniques to attract customers.
- Opening/Closing Duties: Follow standard operating procedures for opening and closing the store, including security checks and cash handling.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and dependability in previous employment or education.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform light physical tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required for entry-level roles.
