Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with ease.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with technology (smartphones, tablets, etc.).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
