Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain a clean and appealing store layout.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including security checks and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
