As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will be the face of our operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction during our peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate receiving, stocking, and organizing of merchandise to ensure optimal product availability.
- Operational Support: Support the warehouse and retail team with loading, unloading, and staging of goods during busy weekend periods.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers and address inquiries regarding products and services.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.
- Data Entry: Accurately record inventory counts and process transactions using point-of-sale systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and potentially holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, logistics, or warehousing is a plus but not required.
- Equipment: Basic familiarity with handheld scanners or forklifts is an advantage.
