Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace to adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with precision and care.
- Utilize handheld scanning devices to accurately track inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
- Collaborate closely with the daily operations team to meet and exceed daily productivity targets.
- Perform regular inventory audits and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid ID.
