Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, professional demeanor and assist with inquiries or product locations.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to ensure the store remains clean, appealing, and fully stocked.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock items to minimize stock-outs.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by cleaning work areas and following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and provide excellent service.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas location.
