Responsibilities
- Ensure store shelves are stocked, organized, and fully merchandised for the weekend rush.
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide exceptional service to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and credit payments with precision.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment.
- Operate basic retail equipment, including scanners and pallet jacks, safely.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions quickly.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Colorado Springs location.
