Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person interactions and digital support
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety protocols, and organized operations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8AM-6PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
