Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with customers proactively.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and ready for the weekend rush.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle returns and exchanges with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
