Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products safely and efficiently using standard warehouse equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Perform accurate inventory checks and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Verify shipment contents against packing lists and resolve discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach location.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
