Job Summary
As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly during peak weekend hours. You will be the face of our brand, interacting directly with customers to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide knowledgeable assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and digital payments efficiently.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and break areas.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a professional and friendly attitude.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays on a regular basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville location.
