Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with proper certification.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries regarding orders and deliveries.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
