Job Overview:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient loading, unloading, and sorting of merchandise and freight.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Verify accuracy of inventory against shipping documents and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the shift supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
