Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Manage inventory and stock shelves according to visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain clean, organized sales floor
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply)
- Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
