Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, during peak weekend hours.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately sort incoming shipments to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Pack and prepare products for distribution, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and ensure timely delivery schedules are met.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory checks to reconcile stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically Friday through Sunday (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and safety.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus; we offer training for qualified candidates.
