Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
- Restock merchandise, ensure product displays are organized and appealing, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about inventory and features.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure smooth store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Adhere to all loss prevention and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to the New York City location.
