Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations in a friendly, professional manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Organize and stock merchandise to ensure the sales floor is well-presented and fully stocked throughout the weekend shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to management promptly.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and escalate complex situations to a supervisor when necessary.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with no conflicts during business hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
