Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, providing product recommendations and answering questions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized.
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor, including fitting rooms and checkout areas.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding store policies, hours, and product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
