Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all shoppers in the Seattle area.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and checkout processes to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and display areas with accuracy and care, ensuring products are organized and attractively presented.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, handling cash and credit payments with integrity.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with the store management team to execute visual merchandising initiatives and promotional events.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a calm and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
