Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and display areas to ensure products are organized, clean, and ready for sale.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are maintained to high cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer navigation.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Seattle location.
