Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions with accountability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policy.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver location.
