Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers in locating products and offer knowledgeable recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and inventory goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
