Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product selection and inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Merchandise and stock shelves to ensure the store is visually appealing and organized at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, adhering to all company safety and loss prevention policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and price changes.
Qualifications
