Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing exceptional service throughout their shopping journey.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, shelves stocked, and the display areas clean and inviting.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in receiving and organizing new merchandise deliveries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
