Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store displays to meet visual merchandising standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, including scanning items, processing payments, and handling returns.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of stock shortages or damaged goods.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean, organized, and safe for all customers.
- Collaborate with the team to execute special promotions and sales events during the weekend.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
