Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with current merchandise displays.
- Communicate product knowledge and promotions to customers to drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist in maintaining the overall visual presentation of the store.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate items (up to 20 lbs).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
