Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor from the moment they enter the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the floor team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
