Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer shopping experience.
- Handle returns and exchanges following company policy and procedure.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Minneapolis location.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
