Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Stock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized, clean, and accessible.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate stock counts.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms meet strict cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist in visual merchandising initiatives to promote sales and brand image.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
