Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent service.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Replenish merchandise and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure all store policies and safety procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation in the New York City area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
