Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries and selections.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store is fully organized and appealing.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Collaborate with the floor team to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Resolve customer issues professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
