Role Overview
As a Weekend Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store standards, and providing top-notch customer service during our busiest weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register using point-of-sale systems.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills and experience with cash handling are highly desirable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the sales floor freely.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
