Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor throughout your shift, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing displays.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stocking shelves, rotating merchandise, and conducting regular inventory checks to ensure product availability.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, handling cash and card payments correctly.
- Merchandising: Support visual merchandising initiatives by setting up promotional displays and ensuring signage is up to date.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday.
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
