Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a premium, personalized experience to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their specific needs and preferences.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain the visual integrity of the sales floor according to brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and have reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and mobile devices.
- A passion for fashion, lifestyle, or the Miami community.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
