Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and greet all visitors warmly.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing detailed product demonstrations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to drive sales and meet weekend targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have strict availability for weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
