Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Manage Transactions: Process sales accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, handling cash and digital payments with precision.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and folding merchandise.
- Inventory Management: Assist with periodic stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily targets and support special promotions or events.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company’s brand image and values at all times, serving as a brand ambassador for Golden Gate Hospitality.
Qualifications
- Immediate Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for early shifts if required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training is provided.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time and ready to work.
- Math Skills: Basic proficiency in arithmetic for handling cash and calculating totals.
- Flexibility: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
