Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales floor throughout the weekend.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and escalate complex issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
