- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a world-class shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle transactions with cash and credit.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
