Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer inquiries regarding product features and pricing.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately at the register using the POS system.
- Collaborate with the team to execute visual merchandising displays and promotional events.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to accuracy and security.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia location.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
