Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entering the store to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register using point-of-sale systems.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, visually appealing store layout.
- Answer customer questions regarding product availability, features, and pricing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends exclusively (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach location.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to start immediately.
