As a Weekend Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Whether you are assisting with product selection, processing transactions, or maintaining store presentation, your role is vital to our success.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selections in a friendly and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Sales Support: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register while handling various payment methods.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure product availability and pricing accuracy throughout the weekend shifts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store management team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and have flexibility for occasional evening shifts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers and team members.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory checks.
