Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and locating items.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain high visual standards and inventory accuracy.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with team members to execute merchandising plans and achieve daily sales targets.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for early morning or late shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
