What You'll Do

Responsibilities

- Merchandising: Maintain a neat, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves, folding clothing, and organizing displays according to company standards.
- Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash register operations, inventory counts, and security checks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and staff.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Entry Level Open: No prior retail experience is required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor efficiently.
