Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and display areas to maintain high visual standards and product availability.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to company policies and security protocols.
- Assist in organizing the sales floor and back-of-house areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a calm, solution-oriented manner.
- Support team members during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tampa location.
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required (Entry Level).
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred.
