Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers visiting our San Antonio location.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and team targets through proactive engagement.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure seamless operations during peak weekend hours.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred but not required).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
