Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions efficiently and handling cash with integrity.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (prior experience is a plus but not required).
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to the Baltimore location.
